A full on-chain NFT refers to an NFT where all the image information resides on the Ethereum chain.
Most NFTs issued today are created by combining 'the blockchain' and 'the conventional internet'.
The name of the NFT is engraved in the blockchain, but the image itself is not engraved on the blockchain.

This means there is a very low probability that today’s NFTs will still exist in 10 years, and it is said that most NFTs will disappear.

Full on-chain NFTs have their image data entirely engraved on the blockchain, ensuring they never vanish and can be passed down through generations as blockchain art; only full on-chain allows this.
Owning a full on-chain NFT means having true ownership of that illustration.
This could indeed be called a real NFT.
However, full on-chain NFTs have downsides, such as enormous gas fees and limitations on the size of the image that can be stored.
Until now, full on-chain NFTs were thought to only be feasible for relatively small-sized pixel art or simple images.
